With hundreds of conservatories to our name, we feel we know a thing or two about casement windows. Our Heritage Casement Window has promoted the use of mullions, which gives depth to the product and implies that the windows are an original feature.
We find most modern EJMA/stormproof windows fail to enhance the building they are in, as the lack of depth and style can reflect poorly on the finished building.
Our windows do not have machine grooves across the joints. Instead we employ modern wood profiling and precise manufacturing techniques to give the windows a sharp edge. We also use a dowelled connection, thus creating “the perfect flush joint”, opposed to "V" joints.
A draught excluder is fitted to the frame. Sashes can also be hung on painted pin hinges with a friction arm stay fitted into the head of the frame and sash.
Windows and frames have three coats of paint applied at our workshop prior to delivery.
