Westbury Windows & Joinery was founded in 1992 following the success of our sister company, Westbury Garden Rooms, and the growing demand from our customers to offer a range of timber windows and doors of the same quality and style.
We have now been supplying bespoke joinery to homeowners and specifiers for over 25 years, and have developed an impressive reputation across the UK for design and durability.
Each bespoke item, from a classic sash window to a contemporary entrance door, is manufactured with the same care, detail, timber, paints and ironmongery as with our garden rooms.
We are an architecturally-led company, developing our products with a passion for traditional British aesthetics coupled with technical accuracy.
We truly understand timber and, as experts in the use of Accoya® – a timber more durable and stable than tropical hardwood and far more sustainable – we are able to provide products that meet our eco-friendly objectives without compromising on quality or longevity.
All of our products are made to order and manufactured in our factory facility in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, which has undergone a huge investment in the past, introducing the latest equipment.
We use high tech machinery to create consistency and efficiency in our processes, not to ‘cut corners’. Mechanising some elements of manufacture means that our craftsmen are able to give the time and care that’s needed to more skilled work, where hand finishing makes a significant difference to the quality of the product.
At the core of Westbury are knowledgeable, experienced individuals, and teams that have your complete satisfaction in mind in everything they do. We are ambitious and innovative, continually developing our products and processes to ensure that they are of excellent quality, efficiently produced and environmentally friendly. It is for these reasons that so many of our customers and specifiers recommend Westbury time and time again.
For those interested in seeing how the Westbury facility works, we offer a factory tour where you will be taken through the processes of timber selection and preparation, moulding of profiles, frame and sash assembly to painting, glazing, hand-finishing and wrapping for delivery.
If you’d like to discuss project specifics with a consultant, or just get to know us a little better over a cup of tea, we have two showrooms, based in London and rural Essex.
