Factory Operatives Required

Westbury Windows & Joinery manufacture high quality timber windows, doors and conservatories.

We are currently looking for factory operatives to join our expanding operation in South Woodham Ferrers. These vacancies are within the frame preparation area where our products are prepared for painting. This involves filling and sanding operations.

Full training provided. No previous joinery experience necessary. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and are able to finish to our very high quality standards and production deadlines.

Joinery Glazier

Westbury Windows & Joinery manufacture high quality timber windows, doors and conservatories. We are currently looking for window glaziers with previous experience in timber window glazing and Georgian bar application to join our expanding operation.

We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work and are able to finish to our very high quality standards, whilst meeting production deadlines. Close attention to detail is required for product quality assurance and consistency. Experience in other areas of timber window manufacture would be an advantage.

Bench Joiner

We are a manufacturer of timber windows, doors and conservatories based in South Woodham Ferrers, looking to expand our permanent workforce of experienced and non-experienced joiners.

As an experienced joiner you must be able to have an understanding of timbers, be able to read drawings, use power-tools, clamps, and be able to assemble joinery in a fast pace working environment.

We are also looking for non-experienced joiners or 'improvers'; If you have got the ambition to work but no experience in the joinery field we currently have job positions in our factory for enthusiastic people; assisting our joiners, fitting-up and preparing joinery for painting, with the aim to work towards a Bench Joiner Role.
